We ship all orders UPS. If you order in large quantities we can schedule a LTL delivery upon your request. (Additional Fees Apply)
We only ship to the continential United States.
We will honor all requests to return UNOPENED items, damaged or bad quality items. We will ship out a replacement product or refund your monies to you within 2 business days of the return request. All none defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you received free shipping, a $7.95 minimum or actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund.
Wrong Item or Quantity Shipped
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake with the correct product. In the rare circumstance where the product is no longer available, we will help you select an alternative or credit your monies. If we sent you more products than you ordered, please notify Customer Service and return the additional quantity. Please notify us within 7 days or you will be billed for the additional quantity at the full retail price, even if you didn't order it.
Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment was damaged in transit, we will gladly send you a replacement. In the unlikely event that an exact replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product with similar features. If you do not want the alternative product, we will gladly give you a refund for your original purchase when we receive the return of your original product.
If you choose to refuse your UPS shipment we will credit your monies back to you within 2 business days, less shipping, handling fees and 15% restocking fee.
AllBulkFoods.com will not be held responsible for melted items. High summer temperatures can cause melting before your item arrives to your location.
