My doctor wanted me to get more fiber in my diet.. I tried a lot of fiber cereals.This one is the only 1 that I would say taste good And it gives me most of the fiber I need in one bowl

After my supermarket stopped carrying bran flakes, I tried several other brands - FINALLY found the ones I like! Worth getting up in the morning again.
