I ordered fine yellow corn meal and this bag of flour. Both products were delivered on time. I am very satisfied with the quality of the flour. I will definitely reorder again.

A good flour. I have baked everything from bread to hot crust pastry. I repackage in gallon zippered bags and freeze or fill half gallon jars to top and pop in an oxygen absorber before placing lid. If you do not use the bag quickly, it is a good way to keep the flour fresh for long term storage.
