National White Premium Flour is unbleached white flour that has one of the highest protein contents available and is great for baking. Wheat Montana Farms carefully mills this flour and enriches it with B-vitamins, niacin and iron. A small amount of malted barley flour is added to improve the consistency of the final product. This product is chemical free and GMO free.
