Packaging Unsafe
The crackers were loose in what looked like an institutional translucent trash bag, which isn't too bad in itself, assuming it's food safe, inside a taped corrugated paperboard box. The problem is that the bag was not closed or sealed in any way, just folded over inside the box. There was no protection from insects, humidity, water seeping in, crackers falling out, etc. I understand that a bulk order will not receive "consumer" packaging, but leaving the product that unprotected with the way the shipping industry is now is not acceptable.
